Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance selling Directive.
It is your right to cancel any orders and return the goods within 14 working business days (bank holidays and weekends not included) for a full refund.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damaged when returning the goods. so better to take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault (such as faulty goods or misdescribed or wrong item been delivered)
All goods returned should be in saleable condition and they must be in their original packages.
