After we receive you order, you should receive your goods normally with 2-3 working business days.

Any orders over £250.00 exclusive VAT are delivered FREE of charge to the mainland UK

(except some part of Scotland). Orders under £250.00 Nett. are subject to small order charge,

Heavy and Large items are subject to one-off delivery charge which will be calculated at the check-out stage.

In case of damaged or lost any products during the delivery, must be reported with in 1-2 days from receiving the goods to enable us to make claim against the delivery company and sort out the problem. you need you purchase order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received, any goods that are found to be damaged on arrival must be refused.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance selling Directive.

It is your right to cancel any order before it is despatched.

It is your right to return the goods within 14 working business days (bank holidays and weekends not included). All goods returned should be in saleable condition and they must be in their original packages. There is a 30% restock charge on any returned item. There is no return or refund on any items which have been used or rejected by our product control.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damaged when returning the goods. So better to take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault (such as faulty goods or misdescribed or wrong item been delivered).

Return any products by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you and you should receive a Credit Note straight away or get refund within 28 days.

These terms apply to every order, we may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please check our terms and conditions whenever necessary.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. if any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extend necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the reminder.
