Your personal information when you purchasing an order from us will be use for the purpose of fulfilling that order. Or in case of enquire in which we will sue the information you’ve provided to respond to and answer your enquiry.

In case we share information with third party, for example payment gateway or transport companies, their use for your data will be limited to the purpose of fulfilling your order only.

We may ask you feedback after you purchase an order from us, for this we use third party customer feedback service to send you an email and request for your feedback, which you can just leave and not write any feedback.

The feed back is held on the customer feedback services website and on our website.

We will do our best to ensure that all third parties treat your personal data in a legal and appropriate way.

What Data We Hold

We only holding the data which you supplied when you purchase an order or enquiry.

These data usually consists of : name, address, phone number, email , product information, transactional information , fraud checking information , delivery instructions , answers from your questions in your checkout and potentially other information to ensure your order to go through successfully.

We never ask personal information from you , such as nationality , religion, race, political affiliation, trade union membership, sexual orientation, medical and genetic history, and we advise you under no circumstance to provide such as information to us.

How Your Data Stored

You will supply you personal information only when you purchase an order or enquiry, for the purpose fulfilling that order, in case you order placed with us, we will retain an electronic copy of your invoice data for the period require by HMRC, after which we will delete it.

Your information will be securely on hardware that has limited access to only relevant persons; and on a server maintained by a third party such as a web host. whether held by us or our hardware, or on our behalf by a third party, it will be kept secure and protected from unauthorised access using all reasonable means
