Independent glass fitters can apply to be listed in the SW Glass fitter directory. Our office reads every application by hand, checks your insurance and may ask you a question. Approval does not guarantee work.
What you will need
You do not need everything at once: the application saves as you go and you can come back with the same link.
Your business details
Trading name, how you trade, VAT registration and the year you started trading.
The work you do
Shower enclosures, balustrades, splashbacks, mirrors and the other services you fit.
Where you work
The postcode districts you cover and how far you travel.
Your experience
Years fitting glass, your team, your vehicle and equipment, and your usual availability.
Public liability insurance
The insurer, policy number, cover and expiry date, with a copy of the certificate.
Qualifications or accreditations
Any training or trade body membership, with certificates if you have them.
Up to 12 photos of your work
Pictures of installations you have done, each with a short caption.
About your business
A headline and a few lines about you, as customers will read them on your profile.
Documents you upload are private to our office. Bank, tax and identity papers are asked for only once you are approved, never with the first application. Terms for fitters joining.
