How a lead reaches you
1. A customer asks
Someone needs a shower screen, a balustrade or a mirror fitted, or a contractor sends a project that needs fitting.
2. We match
The lead goes to a few approved fitters who cover that postcode district, or its area, and list that kind of work.
3. First to accept
You see the job, the area and the timing. Accept and it is yours; the others are told it has gone.
4. You agree the work
You get the customer's details and agree the price, the date and your guarantee with them directly.
Who can apply
- Self-employed glass fitters and installation firms, anywhere in the UK.
- Public liability insurance in date, with the certificate to upload and its expiry date.
- At least 3 photographs of your own finished work.
- Experience of the work you list: shower enclosure or screen, splashback, glass balustrade, mirror, windows or secondary glazing, shopfront.
- Qualifications and references if you have them. Our office reads every application by hand.
Approval does not guarantee work: how many leads you see depends on where you are and what you fit. Terms for fitters joining.

Questions fitters ask
Does it cost anything to be listed?
No. Listing in our fitter directory is free today. Fitters approved while our early-bird offer is open carry the early-bird badge. If a listing fee is ever introduced, we will tell you in writing before it applies, and you can leave at any time.
Where do the jobs come from?
From our own customers: people who bought glass from us and asked for fitting, and builders and developers who send us projects that need fitting.
How are jobs matched to fitters?
Each lead is offered to a small number of approved fitters who cover the job's postcode district, or its postcode area, and who list that kind of work. The first fitter to accept is introduced to the customer.
Who can apply?
Self-employed glass fitters and installation firms with public liability insurance and experience of the work they list. You need your insurance certificate and at least three photographs of your own finished work.
What do you check?
Our office reads every application by hand, checks your insurance certificate and its expiry, and may ask for references, more information or a short interview.
Who do I contract with?
When we introduce a customer to you, the fitting work and its contract are between you and the customer: your price, your guarantee, your insurance.
Will customers see my contact details?
Not before a match. Customers see your profile, areas, skills, photographs and reviews. Your contact details go only to a customer you are introduced to.
How do reviews work?
After a completed job the customer can review you. Reviews appear on your profile page, and you can reply to each one.
