Terms for fitters joining

SW Glass introduces customers to independent, self-employed fitters. When you apply, you accept these matching terms (version 2026-10-20):

  1. SW Glass introduces customers to you. When you take on an introduced job, the contract for the fitting is between you and the customer; SW Glass is not a party to it and does not supervise your work.
  2. You carry your own insurance, including public liability insurance, and keep it in date.
  3. You agree the price, the date and the terms of the work with the customer, using your own contract, and you give your own guarantee for your workmanship.
  4. When SW Glass introduces a customer to you, we pass you their name, contact details and job description so you can contact them, and we may tell the customer your name.
  5. Jobs that come through our own orders are offered to you separately, on the terms shown with each offer.

Approval is not a promise of work. Your fitter agreement, shown before approval, sets out the rest.
