Glass Fitter
Fit and install toughened and laminated glass for homes and businesses across London: shower enclosures, balustrades, splashbacks, mirrors and bespoke glazing, working from our Fulham branch.
What you will do
Install shower enclosures, bath screens, balustrades, splashbacks, mirrors and bespoke glass to the measured drawing.
Measure on site where the job needs it and check the measurements against the order before cutting is confirmed.
Fit the hardware the job specifies (hinges, channels, brackets, handles) and hand the finished installation over clean and checked.
Load, carry and handle glass safely with the team, keeping the van and the tools in order.
Record the job on the delivery and installation app: photographs, the customer's signature and any snag.
Work with the counter and the workshop so that the next job is ready when you are.
What you need
Experience fitting glass or glazing, or a closely related trade such as shopfitting, kitchens or bathrooms.
Able to lift and handle glass safely as part of a team, and to work at height from steps and platforms.
Careful, tidy work and a straightforward manner with customers in their homes.
Right to work in the UK.
It would help if you have
Full UK driving licence.
Experience with frameless shower enclosures or balustrades.
CSCS card or a recognised glazing qualification.
