You can buy shower and glazing hardware on its own in our online shop, or let the configurator add the right parts to a glass order for you. Hardware sales are handled by our Park Royal branch, which runs the hardware counter. Glass is handled by our Fulham branch. Each product page shows the finishes it comes in and which branch has it in stock.

Should I buy hardware with my glass or on its own?

If you are ordering made-to-measure shower glass, order the hardware through the configurator. It reads your layout and adds the parts that layout needs: hinges on each hinged door, U-channel on fixed panels, the three door seals on a hinged shower door, and the wall brackets on a fixed panel over 700 mm wide. That way the hinge holes and bracket holes in the glass match the parts that arrive with it.

Buy hardware on its own when you are replacing a worn part, adding a handle, or fitting glass you already have. Check the glass thickness first. A hinge or clamp is made for a set thickness, usually 8 mm or 10 mm, and a part for the wrong thickness will not grip the glass.

How do I order hardware from the shop?

  1. Step 1: Find the part

Browse the hardware range by type, or search for the product code if you have it. Each product page shows its code, for example SWCH20X15X20 for the 10 mm U-channel.

  2. Step 2: Choose the finish

Pick the finish from the options on the product page. Not every part comes in every finish, so the page only offers the ones that part is made in.

  3. Step 3: Check the stock

The product page shows stock by branch, for example in stock at Fulham or at Park Royal. If a part shows no stock at either branch and you need it by a date, ask us before you order.

  4. Step 4: Add it to your basket

Add the quantity you need. Trade account holders who are signed in see trade prices.

  5. Step 5: Choose delivery or collection

At checkout, choose delivery to your address or collection from a branch. The checkout shows the options for your postcode before you pay.

How do I know a part will fit my glass?

Read the product page for the glass thickness the part takes and the angle it is made for. Shower hinges come in two kinds:

  • Wall-to-glass: fixes a door to the wall.
  • Glass-to-glass: fixes a door to a fixed panel, at 180, 135 or 90 degrees.

If you are matching an existing part, measure the glass thickness with a ruler across the edge and photograph the part from the front and the side. Send the photos to us through the contact page and we will tell you whether we have a match. Our guide to hinges, channels and seals explains what each part does.

Questions we get asked

Which branch sends my hardware?

Hardware sales are handled by our Park Royal branch, so a hardware only order is invoiced from there. If your order includes glass, the glass branch at Fulham handles the whole order.

Can I collect hardware instead of having it delivered?

Yes. Choose collection at checkout. We email you when the order is ready, and you give the order reference at the counter. Check our branches page for opening hours before you travel.

Do trade customers pay less for hardware?

Trade account holders see trade prices once they are signed in. Read trade pricing for how it works.

Can you fit the hardware for me?

We can quote for fitting with your glass order, or introduce you to an independent fitter. See our installation service.
